Leadership Team

Brian Truesdale joined Elevate Healthcare as President and CEO in May 2024.

Brian most recently served as Group Senior Vice President within Madison Industries’ Filtration Group, where he led the creation of a new membrane filtration business across applications in medical devices, consumer electronics, electric vehicles, and process filtration. He also developed a Center of Excellence dedicated to solving customers' toughest challenges.

Brian has over 25 years of leadership experience in businesses across various industries, including ITW, Marmon Holdings and IDEX Corporation. He is also an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Illinois, where he guides student teams through industry-sponsored capstone projects to complete their engineering education.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for the Department of Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering.

Jennifer Jula joined Elevate Healthcare in 2011. As senior legal counsel, she provides guidance on all corporate legal matters and engages in the company’s overall corporate business strategy.

Jennifer serves as key legal adviser on major business transactions, including licensing agreements, development agreements, partnership agreements and joint ventures. Among other responsibilities, she manages and negotiates contractual matters, creates and monitors standard sales and purchasing terms, and ensures operational compliance with applicable regulations including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, export controls and Federal Acquisition Regulation.

Before joining Elevate Healthcare, Jennifer clerked for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida and for Zimmet, Unice, & Salzman, P.A. She also has served as assistant editor for Revere Legal Publishers.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, specializing in intellectual property law. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology with a mathematics minor from the University of Florida.
